YOUR ITEM CANNOT DO MORE DAMAGE OR BE MORE POWERFUL THAN YOUR CHARACTER UNLESS YOUR POWER IS ENTIRELY RELIANT ON YOUR WEAPON.

[b]Weaknesses:[/b] (What are some of the flaws that your item possesses? Is it big and unwieldy? is it slow? Is it dull? Short ranged, long ranged, whatever you can think of that might be a disadvantage at some point.) [b]Special Abilities:[/b] (Does your Item Shoot fire? or maybe it's made of energy. Anything that's completely out of the ordinary or "special" about your item. Regular non magical Items such as a simple piece of chain mail armor are easier to get approved.) [b]Techniques:[/b] (Does your item has any special moves or techniques? Please use the power technique template for this. Limited to a few techniques per rank, You may be allowed more depending on the strength of your techniques.)
